Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) also known as Khatam-ul-Anbiya born in the sacred city of Mecca on Friday 17th Rabi-ul-awwal. Hazrat bibi Amina (R.A) was the lucky lady who changed the history of humanity and uplifted people of the era from the nethermost pit of humiliation and raised them to the apex of grandeur and glory and herald a message of prosperity and peace for the retarded people and blessed them with a panacea for ills and pains. The newborn was named Muhammad. Hazrat Abdullah (R.A) father of Hazrat Muhammad died before His birth. The infant was handed to Bedouin ladies who nourish and suckle the infant according to the tradition of the Arab nobilities. Hazrat Halima sadia (R.A) was selected for the upbringing of this blessed kid.
At the age of 5 Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) was returned to his real mother (Sayyida Amina R.A). After some days Sayyida Amina (R.A) took him for a visit to Madina to show him HIS father’s grave. After their return they stayed at Abwa and unfortunately HIS mother got ill and died after a few days. After the death of Sayyida Amina (R.A) Abdul Mutlib grandfather of Muhammad (S.A.W) took all HIS responsibilities. At the age of 8 HIS grandfather expired and Abu Talib became Muhammad (S.A.W) guardian. Abu Talib was HIS uncle.
At
the age of 12 he accompanied his uncle to Syria for business purpose. He was
growing and was noticing things around with an observant and curious eye. He
was trained as a merchant by HIS uncle and he earned fame as aman of elite
moral status, dignity and a trustworthy businessman. Thus, HE was named as Al-
Ameen(trusted one) and Al-Sadiq (truthful one). Meanwhile, He started the
business with Hazrat Khadija (R.A) and got married with her.
At
the age of 40 Muhammad (S.A.W) on 27thRjab, HE was summoned to
spread the divine mission. HE was appointed as the messenger and a Prophet of
ALLAH. He conveyed the message to HIS wife Hazrat Khadija (R.A) and she
accepted it sincerely. Slowly, this message caught fire and people started
joining HIS messages. At that time Islam was only conveyed to a few selected
people. Islam was propagated secretly for around 3 years, then, Muhammad
(S.A.W) was ordered to spread the teachings of Islam to all HIS relatives. It
was the beginning of a harsh and tough life. Muhammad (S.A.W) faced hardship at
every step that HEwas ordered to leave MAKHA and move to Abyssinia. Later on He
travelled to Taif, met Ansar and at last migrated to Madina. In between HE
experienced several changes in HIS personal life and HIS duty. Two biggest
losses was the death of Hazrat Abu Talib (R.A) and Hazrat Khadija (R.A).
In
Madina, He took part in the construction of the great Muslim Mosque Masjid-e-Nabvi.
He participated devotedly and placed stones with the laymen. Hazrat Muhammad
(S.A.W) took part in several Islamic battles named as Ghazwas and history of
Islam shares 26 Ghazwas. But, Uhud, Badr, Hunan, Khandaq and Khabar are the most
famous among all. Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W)is the last prophet of Muslims and HE
is bestowed with Holy Book Quran-e-Majid.
On
2nd Rabi-UL-Awaal Muhammad (S.A.W) died. HE is buried in Madina and is a place
of pilgrim for Muslims across the globe.
